1st Pair Qualifier
- Must include Premium ARC lenses (HVLL UV, HVLL Blue, Full Control, Meiryo) or Premium Sensity enhancements (Sensity 2, Sensity Fast, Sensity Dark).
- 1st pairs must be ordered and captured first with Hoya for accurate pricing.
2nd Pair Free Options
- Free 2nd pairs are 1.5 index pre-tinted stock unless the 1st pair is 1.6 Rx or higher (then 1.6 index can be selected).
- Tinted 2nd pairs can only be Hard Coated (upgrades available).
- Scripts must match the 1st pair (distance or reading Rx, Cyl, and Axis).
- 2nd pairs cannot replace discounts or non-qualifying lenses.
- Must be ordered within 30 days of the 1st pair and within the promo period.
- Upgrades to polarized lenses, coatings, and indexes are available at additional cost.
