Going to The JHB Eye Lady was an absolute pleasure. The offices and exam rooms are beautiful and inviting with a huge array of frames to choose from. Candeece is incredibly knowledgeable and had picked up on a few things before I’d even mentioned them, like the fact that I have an incredibly small and nose and had already taken that into consideration when choosing my frames. She also helped guide me with choosing between single or multi focal lenses, explaining all the pros and cons. I don’t want to go to another optometrist ever again 😁
When you first arrive you are greeted by this colourful, vibrant aesthetic that just draws you in. Candeece is a professional, you can tell she knows her stuff. I love that she made sure I was 100% happy she kept checking and rechecking that I had the most accurate results on my eye test. After the test she helped me choose my frames.
